Sleeping Angel
Every night at six Lilu gets ready for bed. She brushes her teeth, then brushes her hair. We say prayers then hugs and kisses. We let Lilu read a little bit before she goes to sleep. At 7, I check on her and make sure she is either asleep or getting there. This is what I found last night. She has her stuff animals, of course. But right next to her is a picture, of her and her daddy. I took that photo (in the frame) at the Dallas World Aquarium. An awesome place. She carries this photo everywhere in the house. She doesn't take it out of the house because she said, "I don't want anything to happen to it. It is my favorite." I cannot imagine what she is going through. I know what missing a husband is like. But missing a daddy? All I know is that I pray for her little heart. And I will be there for her. We cannot wait til we can skype with Chris. We both miss him so much.

this post really made me cry! She is so precious! I sometimes wonder what's going through my kids head, when their Daddy is gone. I can't imagine either what they think. I know it seems to get harder with every time he leaves. Hope time will go by fast for you guys. We are keeping you in our prayers. I found the castor oil at walgreens and walmart, they have it with the laxatives. Also Mountainrose herbs sells it pretty cheap and theirs is even organic and really good quality. Miss you pretty lady, feel free to call anytime. Melanie.
