Fest Time!

 We were able to go a fest today!  We got there pretty early.  They had four bounce houses and 4 slides.  AWESOME!  Lilu went bouncing first then hit the slides.  She caught some good air going down them.  And they are higher than they seem.  It wasn't very crowded yet so she was able to go on each of them several times.  After that we hit some of the kid booths and she won a little pink panda.  After that we went to eat and the many food trailers they had out there.  We chose corn dogs.  She also had a banana strawberry smoothie.  They didn't have many tables so we just sat on the ground, ate, and listened to the

county/rock/zydeco band play.  They were really good.  We walked around a bit more and then went home.  We were only out for 45 minutes.  I say this because that is all it took for Lilu to break out in a hive-ish sort of rash on her chest.  I felt so bad for her.  Lesson learned.  Now we have 100 spf proof sunblock!!  I didn't even know they went up that high.  We did have fun.  Missed Chris a whole lot when we do things like this.  I know he would have enjoyed it.
