The Community House in our neighborhood put together a big Egg Hunt for the kids. They had the hunts broken down by ages. First up was 4-6, the second group was 7-9, and last group was 10 and up. Lilu and I had been looking forward to this all week. 'Specially since it was FREEEEE! And we were able to walk to it. It was pretty much behind our place. We got there right when the first group was going to start. It was so cute to watch all these little bits running around, going crazy, and coming back to mom and dad with loads of plastic eggs. We then got to watch the guys bring out the eggs for the next group. They had a field marked off with tape and had the eggs scattered within the

field. After the first group there was nothing left. So we wondered how they were going to refill the field in such a short amount of time. Well, two guys with HUGE trash bags over their shoulders came out and someone tore the bottom to make a little opening and the guys walked around. It was funny. It looked like the bags were pooping eggs. Lilu's words not mine. But she was right. Then after all was scattered
sufficiently they said the 'Ready, Set, Go'. And they were off. Lilu had a plan of attack and went after it. She got a good amount but we saw some kids with shopping plastic bags full! She got tons of tootsie rolls and gum. OH, and she WON a brand new pack of sidewalk chalk. Which she needed. It was alot of fun. And yes, she was lubed with 100 spf. =D
