Hot Days

Well, today we were going to go to the Family Camp Out with the church. But it wasn't until this morning that I got an address and with Mapquest it was a detailed address. Just to the city the camp grounds were in. So I decided not to go. Another reason was that it was so hot today and I really didn't want to chase Lilu around. If Chris were here it would be alot easier. Of course it would. But he isn't and I just didn't want to run around and not really be able to talk to people. I really wasn't sure what to expect there either. So Lilu and I were homebound. Which was good because Lilu slept in until 9am! NINE O CLOCK in the morning!! I was so happy. Last night I had to tell my neighbors across the street to stop setting off firecrackers. I figure 1 am is just way too late to do that. My poor pups were going nuts. As soon as I walk out the door I hear one guy say 'you better stop, your gonna tick off your neighbors'. Too little, too late. I was not particularly happy having to go out there. But I figured they would want to see me rather than the cops. I do not hesitate to call anymore. So it was a late night. And sleeping in was really really nice. In the morning we played and played. I guess it tired her out because she took a three hour nap in the afternoon. Which gave me a great opportunity to take an hour nap. Oh that was awesome. I did get alot done today. Boring as it seemed I did have chores to do and was able to at least start them.

Okay, this is what happens when one procrastinates in unpacking. Max makes it his own. He was not happy when i finally did unpack it today. Lilu has taken their doggy bed. Whenever they lay down on it she thinks it is an ample opportunity to hug on puppies. They do not think this is a fun idea at all. Oh and over the last weekend she got bit!! Max nipped her fingers when she was pestering him. He had been growling the whole time and she was laughing. Well, he got her and it shocked her and hurt. She cried and cried. After that she has now learned that growling is a warning. And is keeping her distance. I hate that she got hurt but so glad she finally got it through that this is not a happy noise. No marks were left. So no worries.

Does anyone know how to get rid of animal red eye. I tried using ArcSoft's Photoimpression and Adobe but it makes their eyes look like marbles. Which is scarier looking than the photo below. Which are two dogs. Espi and Max are Toy Fox Terriers. Max is underweight due to his hip problems. These two little ones are my first kids. They have taught me alot. We have three toddlers not just one. And having to ref between all three of them is so tiring. Pup pics have been requested so here they are. Will put more in. Just hard to fix the eyes. Much love to everyone.
